This quarter, OpenClassrooms achieved a major milestone with its accreditation from the WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC). The announcement represents among the first instances of a major U.S. accreditor recognizing an institution whose primary focus is apprenticeship-based degrees — a significant milestone for OpenClassrooms, which already operates five U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Programs. OpenClassrooms’ model combines the rigor of an accredited academic program with the impact of paid, work-based learning; it enables learners to earn a wage while gaining both real-world experience and a recognized degree, creating a pathway to economic mobility without student debt. The company recently published its 2025 Mission Report, sharing that 43,000 learners had credited the company’s programs with helping them progress in their careers last year. OpenClassrooms also shared that it has now trained 100% of its student-support team in accessibility, ensuring tailored mentorship and accommodations for all learners with disabilities. These initiatives highlight how OpenClassrooms continues to expand access, improve inclusion, and advance a workforce-aligned model of higher education.

BookNook continues to deepen its impact nationwide by partnering with forward-thinking districts to create measurable student growth. In Arkansas, early adopters like Farmington Public Schools have recently reported remarkable progress, with 2nd- and 3rd-graders nearly doubling expected growth in reading and math last spring through BookNook Math. Similarly, West Yadkin Elementary in North Carolina recently revealed their 4th graders achieved an average gain of +143 Lexile points, with nearly one in four students improving by 200L or more in a single semester ‒ further proof of BookNook’s demonstrable outcomes. BookNook’s team also connected with leaders and teachers across the US at AREA2025 and txEDCON, exchanging ideas on how evidence-based tutoring can drive equitable outcomes in literacy and math. Amid shifting priorities and funding challenges, BookNook remains a reliable partner, demonstrating how evidence-based tutoring can drive sustainable student growth at scale.

Transfr continues to advance its mission to make career exploration and workforce development more engaging and effective for populations that are most underserved. In Chicago, Transfr partnered with a local job readiness program, Teamwork Englewood, to launch a new re-entry training initiative that uses immersive VR simulations to help justice-impacted individuals gain job-ready skills within their first 90 days after release. Participants engage in hands-on experiences – such as crane operation and warehouse logistics – designed to build confidence, reduce recidivism, and open doors to stable employment. In October, Transfr was named as a finalist in the 2025 CODiE Awards for Best Career & Technical Education (CTE) Solution and Best Immersive Learning Solution (XR/VR/MR), recognizing the company’s excellence in both skill development and next-generation learning technologies. Together, these milestones reflect how Transfr continues to expand access to high-impact training, drive measurable outcomes for underserved communities, and earn recognition as a category-defining leader in immersive workforce education.

Disprz is redefining how enterprises build the skills of the future, solidifying its role as a global leader in AI-powered learning and workforce transformation. The company was recently named to Training Industry’s 2025 Watch Lists for both Learning Management Systems and Online Learning Libraries, recognizing its innovation and measurable impact in corporate learning worldwide. In the Middle East, Disprz took center stage at The Economic Times NexTech Human Capital Summit 2025, where Disprz leaders joined HR and L&D executives to explore how GenAI is reshaping role-based skilling and business impact. Disprz was also recently honored with the Innovation in AI-Powered Learning Platform Award at the HR and L&D Summit and Awards 2025 UAE Edition, underscoring its leadership in the region’s digital talent transformation. CEO Subbu Viswanathan was also featured in People Matters, sharing insights on the industry’s shift from speed to impact in learning – a philosophy reflected in Disprz’s cutting-edge GenAI platform. Looking ahead, Disprz is gearing up for Disprz Skillscape 2025, an immersive event designed to help organizations rewire learning with AI and reimagine the workplace of tomorrow. The conference will feature several thought leaders offering practical insights on connecting learning, leadership, and employee experience.

Over the past quarter, Learning.com has deepened its leadership in AI education, aligning closely with the national agenda to equip every student with the skills needed to thrive in an AI-driven world. Following the President’s Executive Order on Advancing AI Education, Learning.com committed to invest in its Next Generation AI Literacy Initiative – an effort designed to reach five million K-12 students and provide 100,000 professional-development opportunities for teachers. This initiative builds on Learning.com’s EasyTech platform, already serving 2M+ students nationwide, and is structured around four key pillars: Understanding, Applying, Thinking Critically About, and Acting Ethically with AI. In parallel, Education Week spotlighted Learning.com as a leading example of how schools are implementing AI literacy in practice, showcasing classrooms where students are learning to evaluate and apply AI tools with confidence and responsibility. The company also earned national recognition as a winner of “Overall e-Learning Company of the Year” in the 2025 EdTech Breakthrough Awards, underscoring its impact on digital learning innovation. Learning.com continues to transform AI literacy from a policy aspiration into measurable outcomes – empowering students, teachers, and families to navigate the future of technology with skill and integrity.

This quarter, Ironhack continued to expand its global reach and strengthen its impact on learners and local tech ecosystems. The company announced a new partnership with Coders Azerbaijan to deliver world-class technology education to emerging professionals across the region, enabling students to earn globally recognized credentials and access international career opportunities through Ironhack’s tech-focused programs. The company launched its new virtual Tech Talk Series, connecting current students and alumni with industry experts who shared actionable insights on navigating the evolving job market and building sustainable careers in data-driven fields. The company also hosted another Remote Hackshow, where students across disciplines showcased bold, purpose-driven projects — from multilingual sentiment analysis and data-driven community policy insights to creative digital marketing initiatives and UX designs that improve engagement in education. Across these initiatives, Ironhack continues to demonstrate how its global community, hands-on pedagogy, and industry connectivity empower learners and drive impact.

Podium Education continues to expand its solutions in order to make high-impact, work-integrated learning sustainable and accessible for every student. To engage its partner university student base of over 1.7 million students, the company has launched national Early Talent Competitions with companies like Wells Fargo and L’Oréal, where students from 100+ universities engage in a 3-day immersive challenge, tackling real business challenges and generating presentations that showcase creativity and technical skill. Besides gaining invaluable work experience, in some cases winners are offered interviews with employers. Podium’s survey data shows that after completing the Global Career Accelerator, the share of students who report high confidence in articulating their skills, understanding the value of their degree, and navigating career pursuits more than doubled. In October, the Podium Advisory Board convened in Austin, bringing together university leaders from institutions such as UC Riverside, UT San Antonio, Kent State, and the University of Cincinnati who shared how Podium’s model helps campuses embed student career readiness and employability into degree pathways – empowering learners to graduate with skills directly tied to workforce demand. Across these examples, Podium continues to demonstrate tangible progress in helping students gain the skills, experience, and confidence that lead to employment success.

Over the summer, Core Education Services convened presidents and trustees from across the country for an executive briefing on The Private System for Independent Institutions – a transformative framework designed to help colleges achieve long-term sustainability without sacrificing mission or identity. The model, grounded in shared infrastructure and strategic capital, is resonating as a compelling strategic alternative for institutions seeking a more sustainable long-term future. In the meantime, Core continues to advance thought leadership on digital transformation and strategic partnerships. This quarter Core attended the EACUBO Annual Meeting in Pittsburgh and EDUCAUSE Annual Conference in Nashville to lead discussions on topics such as digital transformation, mergers and strategic partnerships. The company continues to drive dialogue on the most pressing and relevant topics in today’s higher education landscape, such as this recent “CoreBytes” episode (led by EVP of Digital Solutions Mike Dillon) on how institutions are modernizing enrollment strategies. Together, these initiatives underscore Core’s commitment to empowering colleges and universities to thrive in an evolving higher education landscape.

Instructure recently released its State of Learning and Readiness Report, developed in partnership with The Harris Poll, which examines how learners and institutions are navigating the rapidly changing educational and workforce landscape. Among its findings, the report noted that ~70% of employed U.S. workers (and 87% of Gen Z workers) feel unprepared to succeed in today’s workforce; ~73% feel unprepared to adapt to career disruptions in the next five years. As a result, 88% say more training would help their career advancement. On the product front, Instructure continues to invest in AI innovation. Advancements such as Intelligent Insights and IgniteAgent are bringing adaptive support and AI-powered workflows directly into educators’ hands, enabling personalized interventions, automating complex tasks, and redefining what is possible in the modern classroom. In the meantime, its Canvas LMS was named the 2025 CODiE Award Winner for Best Learning Management System, recognizing its excellence in innovation, usability, and impact.
